All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In rare cases (high demand or stock issues), processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if any delay occurs.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and local conditions.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free or paid shipping depending on promotional offers or order value.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Express delivery (if available) may incur additional charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/SMS.

5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
Delivery delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, or festivals).
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us — we’ll help you track and resolve the issue.
In case a parcel is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be processed after courier investigation.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly during checkout.
Smart Aura is not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect address, phone number, or recipient unavailability.
If a parcel is returned to us due to these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the package and product to nehakumari911090@gmail.com for verification.
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, we ship within India only.
International shipping options will be announced once available.
9. Change or Cancellation of Order
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them (if not yet shipped).
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
